1 to 1.5 lbs. ground beef (can use ground turkey, too)
1 chopped onion
1 egg
1 cup gluten-free bread crumbs (if you don't have any, you can always crumble a loaf of Ener-G rice bread and freeze those crumbs)
1/2 cup Heinz Ketchup
1/2 cup water
salt & pepper, to your preferred amount for flavor


1. Mix all ingredients and put into a loaf pan.
2. Cook at 350-degrees for 30 minutes.
