Taco Dip

Another family favorite:

Taco Dip

Ingredients:
1 can gluten-free refried beans
2 avocados
Lawry's guacamole mix or homemade guacamole
8 ounces sour cream
1 pound ground beef, cooked, drained, and cooled
2-3 tomatoes, diced
lettuce, shredded
1 lb cheddar cheese, shredded

Directions
1. Mash avocados well and mix with guacamole mix.
2. In a 9x13x2 casserole pan, spread beans on the bottom. Layer sour cream, guacamole, ground beef, lettuce, tomatoes, and cheese on top.
3. Serve with corn tortilla chips (Tostitos are gluten-free).
