Weight Watchers Yogurt

My sister-in-law sent me a message saying that as she was shopping, she noticed that the Weight Watchers Yogurt is gluten-free. It's a good source of vitamin A & D, Fiber and Pre biotics and probiotics and at only 1pt or 100 calories. She said that she likes the cherry or amaretto cheesecake flavors but they come in all varieties and are fairly inexpensive.

Wal-Mart brand of yogurt is gluten free and is inexpensive (cheaper than any other brand I have found). Tastes like the more expensive leading brand names.

Thanks so much, Mona! Here's a link to some information regarding Wal-Mart's gluten-free yogurt.

If anyone lives near a Wegmans grocery store, they also sell store brand yogurt that is labeled clearly that it is gluten-free. They have regular mixed yogurts, fruit on the bottom yogurts, and pre- and pro-biotic yogurts that are all gluten-free.
